Do you have the ability to work with us to engage, influence, inform and inspire? Can you support your team and be part of shaping how we deliver services for Adults with Learning Disability and Autism?
We have recently created a new borough-wide social work team to help support adults with a Learning Disability and/or Autism diagnosis who live in Sefton.
In your role as Team Manager you will lead, support and manage this team within Sefton Adult Social Care Department as well as develop integrated approaches with health colleagues. The team also supports young people making the transition to adulthood within the borough.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to fill this role and bring passion, creativity, and care to a really fantastic team seeking guidance, support, and leadership. You should have an excellent understanding of the Care Act and associated legislation. You will be responsible for key decision making and given the freedom to develop your staff creatively.
You will receive excellent support from your service manager and the wider leadership team.

What we require from you:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent Social Work Qualification
- Current registration with Social Work England
