An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on a permanent basis as a business support minute taker within the MySpace team. The team consists of various types of professionals from social workers to intervention workers. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic fast-paced supportive multi-agency team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate information and update children's electronic record.
- Manage general finance tasks such as petty cash, processing invoices, and supporting DBS checks for staff members.
- Keep up to date Excel spreadsheets that track information to enable performance indicators to be met.
- Set up initial ETAC reviews and MACE meetings and manage work calendars.
Training and personal development will be provided within the job role and the expectation is that you will be proactive, approachable and flexible in outlook within the workplace.
