Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a motivated Social Worker in Adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism.

You will deliver person-centred assessments, care planning, and reviews across the borough to promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

You will work within Adult Social Care alongside Lead practitioners and a dedicated team to provide high-quality, consistent practice.
