Sefton Council is seeking a part-time Senior User in Adult Social Care to help review processes, policies and ways of working, identifying improvements and turning them into positive changes.
You will produce reports, highlight issues, and recommend solutions, and monitor how changes are working. You’ll act as a Senior User for our Liquidlogic system, ensuring user needs are heard and system changes are implemented effectively.
