Sefton Council is recruiting for a role within the Job Evaluation team to undertake job analysis of new and existing roles across Council departments and schools, applying the Council's job evaluation scheme to determine grading outcomes.
You will work closely with managers, colleagues and Trade Union representatives to ensure evaluations are accurate, fair and consistent, in line with the agreed methodology.
