The post is for a fully qualified NPLQ lifeguard to work as part of a team, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care are always maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Constant supervision of the poolside.
  • You will need to be fully focused with the ability to remain vigilant, alert, and attentive.

Position Involvement

  • Setting up equipment to meet the needs of the programmed activities.
  • To undertake cleaning tasks to ensure the centre is well presented to the highest standard.
  • Ongoing monthly training required.
  • The candidate will have a friendly and approachable manner to always maintain a high level of customer service.
  • The candidate must be NPLQ qualified and must be able to demonstrate competency.
