Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a caring administrator to be the first point of contact for all bereavement related enquiries at Thornton Crematoria, handling inquiries from Funeral Directors, clergy, bereaved families and the public.
You will ensure burial and cremation documents are processed in line with statutory requirements, provide administrative support for service delivery and customer care, and undertake chapel duties to prepare for services within the crematorium.
