The post is for a fully qualified NPLQ lifeguard to work as part of a team, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care are always maintained.
This role requires:
- Constant supervision of the poolside
- You will need to be fully focused with the ability to remain vigilant, alert, and attentive.
This position involves:
- The setting up of equipment to meet the needs of the programmed activities.
- To undertake cleaning tasks to ensure the centre is well presented to the highest standard.
- Ongoing monthly training is also required.
The candidate will have a friendly and approachable manner to always maintain a high level of customer service. The candidate must be NPLQ qualified and must be able to demonstrate competency.
