Role and Responsibilities:
- The Land Management Team, Green Sefton, are looking to recruit an Apprentice who is committed and motivated to complete the 21 months programme.
- Your main duties will be to provide business and administration support to the frontline operational service functions of the Land Management Team, including seasonal recruitment, training records, uniform, equipment & personal protective equipment issue, operational reporting data, correspondence, Freedom of Information requests, health and safety, equipment & machinery allocation and management & monitoring systems.
- Assist with data input in support of budget management across the teams, support with monitoring petty cash, purchasing, income, recharges and invoicing of customers.
- Support with the administration of, and monitor the performance of customer enquiries, including corporate complaints & Fixed Penalty Notices.
