Sefton MBC, Property & Building Services Department provides multi-disciplinary services through a range of professional teams comprising of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Technicians, Building Surveyors, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Statutory Compliance services and Housing adaptation specialists. We deal with all aspects of building related services from minor day-to-day repairs, extensions, refurbishment, renovations, statutory compliance services, along with a range of major capital schemes to a varying and diverse property portfolio.
We are looking to strengthen our existing team, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified staff. The successful applicants will enhance our service and support our Building Maintenance, Compliance and M&E teams in the provision of comprehensive services across our corporate and educational assets. The successful applicants will work proactively and innovatively across the respective areas to deliver high-quality and responsive services to our broad client base.
