This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a warm, community-focused environment. As our Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for families, visitors, and professionals. You will help ensure our office runs efficiently, supporting the Headteacher and staff team with a range of administrative tasks. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Please note, this role is Temporary within the first instance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming children, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Supporting admissions, attendance, and record-keeping processes
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential school records
  • Assisting with newsletters, communication, and school documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the Headteacher and wider team
  • Helping to ensure the school office is organised, efficient, and welcoming
