Verantwortlichkeiten
- Finanzdaten & Analyse: Analyse komplexer Finanzdaten sowie Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten, um proaktiv zur Erreichung der Ziele im Bereich Finance/Accounting beizutragen.
- Prozessverbesserung & Automatisierung: Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Kontrollen im Verantwortungsbereich sowie Förderung von Standardisierung und Automatisierung.
- Transaktionsmanagement: Eigenständige Steuerung und Verbuchung von Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, Wertberichtigungen sowie komplexen Buchungsvorgängen (nach lokalem GAAP und IFRS, ohne Bruttomargenbezug); Durchführung der Anlagenbuchhaltung, Implementierung von Buchungskonzepten, Analyse komplexer Bilanzierungsfragen und Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten und korrekten Erfassung für das nachgelagerte Reporting.
- Compliance & Kontrollen: Entwicklung, Implementierung und Durchführung interner Kontrollmechanismen zur Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und korrekten Erfassung von Transaktionen im Verantwortungsbereich unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen aller betroffenen Einheiten.
- Regulatorische Anforderungen & Dokumentation: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner und externer Vorschriften im Verantwortungsbereich sowie ordnungsgemäße Archivierung vertraglicher Vereinbarungen.
- Audit & Stakeholder-Koordination: Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Supportfunktionen sowie Hauptansprechpartner fĂĽr WirtschaftsprĂĽfer und Berater.
- Training & Support: Anleitung und Schulung neuer sowie bestehender Mitarbeitender nach Bedarf.
Qualifikationen
- Masterabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrener Senior Accountant mit nachgewiesener Berufserfahrung nach Abschluss der Qualifikation, idealerweise im Energiesektor.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in deutschem HGB sowie ggf. weiteren lokalen Rechnungslegungsstandards sowie in IFRS-Rechnungslegung und Reporting.
- Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Bilanzierungsthemen und der dazugehörigen Prozesslandschaft.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit groĂźen Datenmengen sowie deren finanzieller Auswertung und Berichterstattung.
- Proaktive und entscheidungsfreudige Arbeitsweise, mit Erfahrung unter engen Zeitvorgaben zu arbeiten.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP-Produkten.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise an komplexe Fragestellungen.
- Hohe Motivation als proaktive Persönlichkeit und Teamplayer.
