We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Metering Analyst. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing skills or take on a new challenge, where you’ll learn about metering processes and play a key role in ensuring our data is accurate and reliable.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Support the day-to-day management of metering data across our portfolio
  • Help resolve issues and queries related to meters and data accuracy
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure meters are installed and working correctly
  • Identify sites that could benefit from SMART or AMR meters and support the upgrade process
  • Assist with managing data flows and keeping records up to date
  • Help investigate and fix issues that could impact billing
  • Contribute to improving processes and ways of working
