The Procurement Analyst - Corporate will support the realisation of operational and transactional purchasing activities, with supervision, related to supplies and services for the SEFE Group Corporate Procurement Categories (with specific focus on Marketing, HR and Professional Services), across multiple locations. They will assist in managing the procurement process for corporate services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high standards of quality and contract compliance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Primarily responsible for supporting the purchasing process by creating managing transactional renewals, verifying pricing, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting with supplier management under the guidance of senior procurement professionals.
- Support the procurement team in issuing requests for proposals and information including contracts and NDA’s.
- Prepare, coordinate and perform tenders with guidance and supervision from Senior Procurement manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all delegated procurement activities, including purchase orders and contracts.
- Support in development and implementation of the relevant Corporate Procurement sub-category strategies including facilities, and HR.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience in relevant corporate subcategory procurement.
- Having supported the development and execution of Procurement Strategy.
- Managing small scale procurement RFP/RFQs preferable.
- Experience in managing renewals.
- Experience in Project Management, Coordination of activities/initiatives/procurement activities.
