Job Description VP HRIS Analytics IN SHORT SEFE is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Vice President, HRIS & Analytics to lead our global HR technology, people analytics, and compensation & benefits agenda.
As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will shape and deliver a modern, integrated, and data-driven HR ecosystem that enables scalable people processes, actionable workforce insights, and an enhanced employee experience.
Working closely with HR, IT, and business leaders, you will drive digital transformation across the organisation, ensuring our people technologies, data capabilities, and reward frameworks support SEFE's long‑term growth ambitions.
What Will You Do You will be responsible for defining and delivering SEFE's global HRIS and People Analytics strategy, leading the optimisation and governance of SAP Success Factors and related technologies.
The role will drive HR digitalisation through automation, self‑service solutions, and streamlined processes, while building robust people analytics capabilities that enable data‑driven decision‑making and workforce planning.
Key Areas Of Focus Include Leading the implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of SAP Success Factors and the wider HR technology landscape.
Building advanced people analytics capabilities to support workforce planning, organisational insights, and strategic decision‑making.
Ensuring strong HR data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards across the organisation.
Driving successful change management and adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
Overseeing Compensation & Benefits analytics, governance, benchmarking, and workforce cost management.
Acting as a strategic partner to HR, IT, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver an integrated and future‑focused HR ecosystem.
What Will You Bring You will bring significant experience in HR technology, HR systems, digital HR transformation, or people analytics, with strong expertise in SAP Success Factors and enterprise HR platforms.
You have a proven track record of delivering large‑scale technology implementations and transformation programmes, coupled with experience in HR data governance, analytics, reporting, and workforce insights.
You Will Also Demonstrate Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior executive level.
Experience leading complex transformation and change initiatives across global organisations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
A passion for innovation, AI‑enabled HR solutions, and emerging people technologies.
Fluent English is essential, and experience within international, regulated, or transformation-focused organisations would be advantageous.
German language skills are a plus.
