As a

Senior AI Business Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in identifying, shaping, and delivering business and technology solutions that leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven insights.

Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, you will analyse complex business challenges, define requirements, assess opportunities for AI adoption, and help drive strategic change that delivers measurable business value.

  • WHAT WILL YOU DO
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyse complex business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and uncover AI and automation use cases that support strategic and operational objectives.
  • Lead requirements gathering, scoping, prioritisation, and backlog management activities for business and technology initiatives, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, agreed, and traceable throughout delivery.
  • Evaluate solution options and conduct feasibility assessments, supporting business case development through cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and recommendations for both traditional and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Model and optimise business processes, workflows, data flows, and user journeys, ensuring solutions enhance efficiency, improve user experience, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Manage product backlogs and contribute to product roadmaps, helping to prioritise features, capabilities, and enhancements that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Perform data analysis and support the development of AI-ready solutions by defining data requirements, identifying insights, and contributing to data, analytics, and automation initiatives across the organisation.

  • Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience assessing complex business situations, identifying root causes, and recommending practical solutions.
  • Knowledge of business process modelling, workflow analysis, and process improvement methodologies, including opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
  • Experience working with business applications throughout their full lifecycle and participating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technology teams at all levels.
  • Curious, innovative, and commercially aware mindset, with an interest in emerging technologies, data-driven decision-making, artificial intelligence, and continuous improvement.
