As SME Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving SEFE’s commercial success by managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of UK based TPI/Broker partners. This is a sales‑focused, relationship‑led role where your negotiation skills, commercial instincts, and ability to build trust will directly influence revenue, partner engagement, and long‑term business growth.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Manage a portfolio of TPIs/Brokers, acting as their primary point of contact and handling daily pricing and quotation requests.
- Negotiate margins and contract terms to maximise profitability in line with SEFE’s commercial strategy.
- Build, nurture, and develop strong long‑term partnerships that support sales targets and company growth.
- Conduct regular review meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Represent SEFE professionally in all external meetings, events, and day‑to‑day interactions.
- Drive increased engagement with the SEFE broker portal.
- Use your industry relationships to gather market insights and feed back valuable intelligence back into the business.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- Experience in sales, account management, or a corporate commercial role - energy industry experience (B2B retail, supplier, or TPI/Broker) is highly desirable.
- A proactive, can‑do mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast‑paced international environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence presenting and leading discussions internally and externally.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the capability to self‑manage and prioritise effectively.
- Relationship‑building skills and a passion for delivering value to partners.
- An understanding of the UK Gas & Power retail markets is highly desirable.
