As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals to drive organizational performance. You will influence, coach, and challenge leaders, shape organizational design, oversee key people processes, and help create an environment where employees can thrive and deliver their best work.
What Will You Do
- Strategic Partnership & Coaching: Provide strategic guidance and coaching to senior leaders on people-related matters, ensuring decisions align with best practices and employment law. Act as a thought partner to leadership, helping elevate team performance, engagement, and capability.
- People Processes & Talent Management: Lead core people processes such as performance reviews, talent identification, and succession planning. Oversee changes to employee terms and conditions in partnership with relevant stakeholders. Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build and sustain high-performing teams.
- Organizational Design & Development: Partner with Business Leads to design effective organizational structures that support long-term business needs. Shape annual departmental people strategies aimed at strengthening leadership teams, reducing attrition, and fostering strong collaboration.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, acting as their key HR point of contact. Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) to integrate company-wide HR initiatives into business areas. Partner with senior HR leaders to ensure alignment and consistency across all HR programs and practices.
- Data, Insights & Compliance: Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and propose actionable solutions. Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
What Will You Bring
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Deep expertise in strategic HR planning, coaching, talent management, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion.
- Solid understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR metrics and data.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and drive solutions collaboratively.
