As a Mid Market Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of Third‑Party Intermediaries (TPIs) and Energy Brokers, acting as a trusted partner and the face of SEFE. You’ll negotiate contracts, manage tenders and build long‑lasting relationships that drive sales performance, unlock value and support SEFE's growth in a fast‑moving competitive market.
What Will You Do
- Manage a portfolio of TPIs and Energy Brokers, handling daily pricing requests and ensuring a smooth responsive service.
- Issue tenders, negotiate commercial terms and secure contracts aligned with company targets and sales strategy.
- Build strong enduring partnerships by attending meetings, hosting conversations and representing SEFE at industry events and functions.
- Gather market intelligence through broker relationships, sharing insights on market trends and opportunities with internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of decarbonisation and Green Energy product offerings, helping shape solutions that add value for customers and the business.
- Identify additional areas of commercial opportunity and support the evolution of SEFE's proposition.
- Work closely with operational teams to deliver excellent aftersales support and continuously improve the customer journey.
- Act as a confident credible ambassador for SEFE in all external and internal interactions.
What Will You Bring
- Experience in the energy industry, particularly B2B energy retail from a supplier or TPI/Broker is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to lead meetings, present to stakeholders and influence outcomes.
