From answering inquiries via phone and email to handling complaints, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering fast, efficient, and positive outcomes every time. This position is offered as a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

What Will You Do

As Customer Services Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for all customer and broker enquiries, ensuring that queries are resolved within a specific timescale. The key task of this role is to ensure that all activities relating to Customer Services are administered effectively and efficiently, with a focus on first contact resolution. The role requires you to work in a fast‑paced environment, handling a high number of calls and emails on a daily basis. Additionally, you will be expected to analyse customer data such as meter readings or billing data at a high level and use that information to resolve more complex queries.
