Managing procurement process for corporate services, cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high standards of quality and contract compliance.

The Procurement Analyst - Corporate will support the realization of operational and transactional purchasing activities, with supervision, related to supplies and services for the SEFE Group Corporate Procurement Categories (with specific focus on Marketing, HR, and Professional Services), across multiple locations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Primarily responsible for supporting the purchasing process by creating and managing transactional renewals, verifying pricing, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting with supplier management under the guidance of senior procurement professionals.
  • Support the procurement team in issuing requests for proposals and information, including contracts and NDAs.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and perform tenders with guidance and supervision from the Senior Procurement Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of all delegated procurement activities, including purchase orders and contracts.
  • Support the development and implementation of relevant Corporate Procurement sub-category strategies, including facilities and HR.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Experience in relevant corporate sub-category procurement.
  • Support in the development and execution of Procurement Strategy.
  • Managing small-scale procurement RFP/RFQs preferred.
  • Experience in managing renewals.
  • Experience in Project Management, coordination of activities/initiatives/procurement activities.
