Seetru Engineering Services is a business unit within the Seetru Organisation, a global leader in the design and manufacture of safety relief valves and liquid level gauges for a wide range of applications. Founded in 1949, Seetru has a long history of innovation and is committed to providing its customers with the highest quality products and services.
Due to growth and ambitious future plans, Seetru Engineering Services requires a General Manager who will report directly to the Seetru Organisation Managing Director and will lead the business unit through this period of positive change. This leadership role manages all aspects of the P&L, driving commercial development, business process development, managing high performing teams, and ensuring that business reporting remains strategic and relevant, as well as being the “face” of the Company.
In addition to general management of the business unit, the General Manager will be a member of the Senior Management Team covering the whole organisation.
Candidates should be senior managers from a mechanical/electromechanical background with the ambition to lead a successful business to its next stage of commercial growth. You must have the ability to manage teams and the business skills to manage clients, both existing and new. Positive communication skills with the ability to influence both the shop floor and the Board Room are essential. You must also possess the values and ethics to be part of a successful team where all stakeholders, both internal and external, are treated as people and not merely numbers.
