Join our team as a Volunteer Coordinator. You’ll recruit a team of volunteer mentors who’ll support the delivery of interventions to both prison‑leavers and those serving community sentences. You will ensure that all mentors are trained in mentoring skills and can deliver support to our participants on Employment, Training and Education opportunities and accommodate needs.
Our successful candidate will ideally have experience with performance managing a team, training/coaching in groups or 1:1, staff development and effective teamwork. We are looking for a strong leader who is comfortable working with a diverse range of people from a variety of backgrounds.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £25,877 – £28,200 per annum (dependent on experience) with the following benefits:
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy an additional 5 days)

Location: Working, managing cases across South West. Travel around local area when required to attend meetings and participant appointments.
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week (Mon‑Fri)
Contract: Permanent
