We're looking for a proactive Employer Account Executive to support our Youth Jobs Guarantee programme. You'll build relationships with local employers, secure quality job opportunities for young people, and help participants gain the skills and experience needed for sustainable employment. You'll develop a strong network of employers, identify suitable vacancies, and work closely with Youth Employment Advisors to match participants with opportunities. You'll also provide ongoing support to employers, ensure compliance with programme requirements, and maintain accurate records. We're seeking someone with experience in employer engagement, recruitment, account management, business development, or job brokerage in a target-driven environment. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are essential, along with knowledge of recruitment practices, local labour markets, and Microsoft 365/CRM systems. Experience in employability, youth employment, welfare to work, or skills programmes is desirable, alongside a passion for helping young people succeed. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm Closing Date:15 October 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Responsibilities * Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of employers and paid job opportunities to meet participant demand. * Use local labour market intelligence and participant needs to identify and develop employment opportunities across a range of sectors. * Develop strong employer partnerships, promoting the benefits and objectives of the Youth Jobs Guarantee programme. * Ensure all opportunities meet programme requirements, including job quality, employment conditions and development opportunities. * Work closely with Youth Employment Advisors to match participants with suitable employment opportunities. * Support employers throughout placements, helping to resolve issues and maximise participant retention. * Conduct employer due diligence and compliance checks, identifying and escalating risks where necessary. * Monitor employer engagement and participant progression to drive positive outcomes. * Encourage and support employers to provide sustainable, unsubsidised employment opportunities following funded placements. * Maintain accurate employer, vacancy and compliance records to support reporting, audit and performance requirements.
