Seetec is hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme based at HMP Guys Marsh / Poole Community on a fixed term contract to December 2028. You will carry out assessments, deliver tailored interventions, and build relationships with custodial stakeholders.
You will manage a caseload, oversee risk, and support participants toward reintegration, including preparing for release and facilitating access to housing, health and social services.
