Seetec is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) for the CFO Evolution programme based at HMP Guys Marsh / Poole Community on a long-term fixed-term contract through December 2028. You will conduct assessments, deliver tailored interventions and manage a caseload with emphasis on safeguarding.
You will work with custodial settings to reduce reoffending, provide motivational support, and coordinate with housing, health and services. Travel across the cluster is required.
