You will lead a team of Employment Advisors, Trainers, Assistant Employment Advisors and Site Coordinators, inspiring them to meet and exceed contractual performance and quality targets. Your role involves supporting team members to remove barriers to employment, ensuring each participant leaves with the confidence and skills to secure sustainable employment. The ideal candidate demonstrates effective coaching, mentoring, and supervisory experience, and brings initiative, problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Meet, and strive to exceed, personal and team performance targets (KPIs).
- Lead, inspire, motivate and coach team(s) to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager and support functions (Employer Services, Integration, SOTs) to progress customers and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Drive a high‑performance culture aligned with Seetec Plus' vision and values.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience.
- Full driving licence.
- IT literacy with Microsoft Office 365 and modern digital technologies such as Microsoft Teams.
- Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
- Experience delivering services that meet contractual and quality standards.
- Experience working with people in advice and guidance environments.

- Competitive salary range £29,858 to £32,585 p.a. (pro‑rata, dependent on experience).
