Seetec is hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a long-term Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2028. You will assess needs, deliver tailored interventions, and build relationships with stakeholders in custodial settings to reduce reoffending risk.
You will manage a caseload with strong emphasis on safeguarding, reporting changes in risk to Probation Service, and coordinating with housing, health and substance misuse services.
