Seetec Group is recruiting an Employment Adviser to join our team. You will provide advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.
This is an office-based role in Norwich, 37 hours per week, with a salary range £30,000 to £32,000 per annum and benefits. You'll manage a caseload, coach and mentor participants, and build strong relationships to help customers obtain sustainable employment.
