Overview
We’re looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping Seetec’s B2B marketing and communications across our commercial portfolio. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of daily campaign activities, develop compelling content and marketing assets, manage communication channels and CRM workflows, and ensure performance data is well-organised and accessible. Your work will directly support the generation, nurturing, and conversion of employer leads in collaboration with our Sales and Operations teams. Reporting to the B2B Marketing & Communications Manager and working closely with the wider team, you’ll help make our propositions stand out—ensuring they’re visible, credible, and easy for employers to engage with.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £33,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Flexible with some travel across UK and Ireland

Key Responsibilities
- Build & schedule multi-channel activity.
- Maintain campaign trackers, UTM links and asset libraries.
- Run basic QA checks and raise issues promptly.
- Draft copy for email, social posts, ads and landing pages.
- Create on-brand visuals in Canva (or similar) and simple short-form video edits for social.
- Prepare sales enablement materials from master templates.
- Build lists/segments, emails and nurture workflows (HubSpot), execute A/B tests and uphold suppression/opt out rules.
- Log, route and tag inbound leads.
- Produce weekly performance snapshots and monthly KPI packs from dashboards highlighting variances.
- Create/update campaign landing pages using CMS templates.
- Support website content updates and design using Wordpress or HubSpot.
- Coordinate webinars/exhibitions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Level 3 or 4 qualification (or equivalent in experience) in Marketing and Communications or related.
- Practical familiarity with one or more of: HubSpot/Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, Canva, Excel, and comfortable with tracking/analytics and spreadsheets.
- Demonstrable brand governance, permissions/consents handling, and GDPR awareness.
- Experience coordinating events/webinars and reporting on outcomes.
