In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great additional benefits:

Location & Working Pattern: This is an office-based role located in Lowestoft, offering a structured and supportive working environment. Weekly working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm & Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Essential:
- Foundational knowledge of self-employment, with the confidence to offer initial guidance and signposting where needed
- Confident IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and digital tools to support customers effectively
- Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
- Experience delivering high-quality services, consistently meeting contractual requirements and quality standards
Desirable:
- Strong understanding of the employability sector, with insight into effective approaches that support individuals into work
- Knowledge of the recruitment landscape, with an appreciation of employer needs and hiring practices
- Experience providing information, advice and guidance, with a passion for supporting people to make informed decisions and achieve their goals
- Full UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel as required to support customers and meet business needs
