We are seeking an experienced and values‑driven Teaching, Learning and Assessment Lead to drive excellence across our programmes. This pivotal leadership role focuses on high‑quality teaching, robust assessment, and continuous professional development for tutors and assessors. You will provide strong pedagogical and andragogical leadership, lead internal quality assurance (IQA), and ensure full compliance with awarding organisation and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with delivery teams and senior leaders, you will embed a culture of reflective, evidence‑based practice that consistently improves learner outcomes and experience. Our ideal candidate understands how adults learn and can turn evidence‑informed practice into engaging, high‑quality teaching. You’ll have proven experience coaching and developing tutors, confidently leading observations, feedback, assessment and IQA activity.
Data‑driven and compliance‑aware, you’ll work effectively with awarding organisations and stakeholders, bring strong digital capability to blended and online delivery, and champion safeguarding, inclusion and an outstanding learner experience.
