We're hiring for an Accommodation Support Officer to join our team and make a meaningful impact every day. Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? In this role, you will manage a caseload of adult males in custody, working closely with probation practitioners and key stakeholders. You will carry out initial assessments to understand individual circumstances and develop tailored accommodation plans through structured interventions. You'll support participants in navigating housing challenges, ensure they are kept informed of decisions affecting them, and promote their understanding of rights, responsibilities, and available support.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans
  • Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need
  • Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system
  • Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines

You will be required to process a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We are a part of the Justice and Social Care division of Seetec, delivering tailored support to participants across a range of contracts, including CFO Activity Hubs, Accommodation, Personal Wellbeing and Approved Premises.
