We're hiring for a Halo Analyst to join our IT Services team, based in Hockley, with hybrid working considered. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong platform analysis, administration and service management experience to take ownership of a critical business system and help shape how technology services are delivered across the organisation. In this role, you'll act as the day-to-day product owner for Halo PSA, ensuring the platform effectively supports service delivery, customer requirements, reporting, data quality, and user experience. You'll be responsible for the administration, configuration, governance, and continual improvement of the platform, working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive efficiency and service excellence. Working alongside the Service Desk Manager, Business Operations teams, technical colleagues, customers, and suppliers, you'll help optimise key service management processes including incident, request, problem, change, project, asset, knowledge, contract, and customer portal management. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset. You'll be comfortable managing system configuration, developing reports and dashboards, improving processes, and supporting users to maximise adoption and value from the platform.
