We're hiring for an Endpoint Engineer to join our IT Services team, based in Hockley, with hybrid working considered. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take ownership of our endpoint and modern workplace technologies, helping to deliver secure, reliable, and user-focused digital experiences across the organisation. In this hands-on engineering role, you'll be responsible for the design, deployment, operation, security, and continual improvement of endpoint services across internal and customer environments. You'll act as a technical specialist for Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint security, device lifecycle management, application deployment, and Microsoft 365 integrations, ensuring devices remain secure, compliant, and easy to support. Working closely with Service Desk, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and project teams, you'll help deliver endpoint projects, support complex technical escalations, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our modern workplace services. We're looking for someone with strong endpoint engineering experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to technology. You'll be comfortable managing change, improving standards, and collaborating with a range of stakeholders to deliver great outcomes.
