About the Role

We are currently recruiting an Employment Specialist to join our dedicated Connect to Work team. This role is part of a specialist programme designed to support individuals with disabilities and/or health conditions into sustainable paid employment.

Responsibilities

  • Help participants achieve their employment goals by identifying suitable job opportunities and providing tailored guidance.
  • Offer bespoke, person‑centred advice and support to each client.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and local employers.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand individual needs and enable successful employment outcomes.
  • Provide support in a target‑driven environment, consistently delivering services that meet contractual and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the local labour market in the relevant geographical areas.
  • Proven experience supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs, particularly those with learning disabilities.
  • Track record of working in target‑driven environments while delivering high‑quality services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.

Benefits and Compensation

Competitive salary range £30,000 to £32,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) accompanied by the following benefits:

Location

Mobile role based in Basingstoke.

Hours

37 hours a week. Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am to 5 pm; Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
