About the Role
We are currently recruiting an Employment Specialist to join our dedicated Connect to Work team. This role is part of a specialist programme designed to support individuals with disabilities and/or health conditions into sustainable paid employment.
Responsibilities
Help participants achieve their employment goals by identifying suitable job opportunities and providing tailored guidance.
Offer bespoke, person‑centred advice and support to each client.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and local employers.
Engage with stakeholders to understand individual needs and enable successful employment outcomes.
Provide support in a target‑driven environment, consistently delivering services that meet contractual and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of the local labour market in the relevant geographical areas.
Proven experience supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs, particularly those with learning disabilities.
Track record of working in target‑driven environments while delivering high‑quality services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
Benefits and Compensation
Competitive salary range £30,000 to £32,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) accompanied by the following benefits:
