Role Description
The Employment Advisor will be responsible for providing job coaching, assisting with interview preparation, and offering tailored advice to enhance employment prospects. Daily tasks include one-on-one support sessions, developing individual action plans, and maintaining accurate records of client progress. The advisor will work closely with clients to build their confidence and skills, ensuring they are prepared for successful job placements.
