We are recruiting an Employment Adviser to join our team. The role involves providing advice and support to guide participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals. You will manage a caseload, coach and mentor individuals, and serve as the primary trusted contact to build strong relationships, motivate, challenge and help participants obtain sustainable employment.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Target‑driven with a motivational approach.

- Ability to work under pressure without day‑to‑day supervision.
