Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for developing people, driving performance and creating positive social impact? We're looking for an Employability and Wellbeing Team Leader to join our growing Pluss team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, motivate and support a team of Coaches and Specialists delivering high-quality employment, skills, health and wellbeing services across the South West region.

As an Employability and Wellbeing Team Leader you will:

  • Play a critical role in supporting the Regional Manager to embed a high-performance, quality-focused culture that enables both colleagues and participants to achieve their potential.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and performance management.
  • Ensure contractual targets, quality standards and customer outcomes are consistently achieved.
  • Provide guidance, challenge and support, helping your team deliver outstanding services to individuals facing barriers related to health conditions, disabilities, wellbeing challenges and complex life circumstances.
  • Through regular one-to-one meetings, team engagement activities and performance reviews, you'll develop capability, maintain high standards and create an environment where colleagues can thrive.

This is a varied and rewarding leadership role that combines people management, service delivery, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement, allowing you to make a meaningful difference to both customers and colleagues.

In return for your dedication, knowledge and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary of up to £34,000 together with these great benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy an additional 5 days).

Location: Remote with regular travel throughout Bristol & Bath, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire. Travel and occasional overnight stays will be required.

Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week.

Contract: Permanent.

This role is subject to successful contract award.
