Seetec is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Coach to support customers facing health and wellbeing barriers to employment. You will deliver one-to-one coaching, group workshops and tailored interventions, building confidence, resilience and practical coping strategies to progress toward employment.
You will triage and assess needs, develop personalised action plans, and work with employers, healthcare providers and partners to ensure access to appropriate support.
