Job Role
We\’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead efforts in expanding our IT Managed Services business. In this role, you\’ll play a crucial part in boosting sales and driving revenue growth by identifying promising opportunities and building new business relationships.
Your role involves tracking market trends, showcasing products or services through demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, crafting and presenting compelling sales proposals, all while keeping meticulous and current records within CRM software.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with businesses looking to move or get further IT support for their company, including hardware, infrastructure, security and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including subject matter experts and IT consultants within the team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our IT solutions and generate leads.
Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
