We're looking for a Progression Advisor to join our specialist team, supporting individuals whose health conditions, disabilities or life circumstances have impacted their wellbeing, confidence and ability to progress.
As a Progression Advisor, you'll provide personalised coaching, guidance and practical support to help participants achieve their employment, training and personal development goals.
Through a person-centred approach, you'll help individuals build resilience, increase independence and take positive steps towards sustainable outcomes, including employment where appropriate.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll develop trusted relationships with participants, coordinate access to specialist services and deliver tailored support that empowers people to realise their potential.
Regular travel throughout the designated area will be required.
