We're seeking an Administrator to join our team and manage all administrative tasks within our Volunteer Mentor Unit. This role includes:

  • Setting up and maintaining accurate information
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of hub activities
  • Organising volunteer events
  • Maintaining staff rotas and work allocation systems
  • Promoting a safe environment for participants, colleagues and visitors by adhering to safeguarding and risk management procedures
  • Complying with company policies and contractual obligations
  • Supporting workplace health, safety and security
  • Conducting accommodation needs assessments
  • Contributing to the safe and compliant delivery of the Activity Hub

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent (desirable)
  • Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (required)
  • Ability to engage individuals who have experienced disadvantage and complex needs
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • High level of initiative and motivation with the ability to seek out solutions to problems
