We're seeking an Administrator to join our team and manage all administrative tasks within our Volunteer Mentor Unit. This role includes:
- Setting up and maintaining accurate information
- Supporting the planning and delivery of hub activities
- Organising volunteer events
- Maintaining staff rotas and work allocation systems
- Promoting a safe environment for participants, colleagues and visitors by adhering to safeguarding and risk management procedures
- Complying with company policies and contractual obligations
- Supporting workplace health, safety and security
- Conducting accommodation needs assessments
- Contributing to the safe and compliant delivery of the Activity Hub
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent (desirable)
- Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (required)
- Ability to engage individuals who have experienced disadvantage and complex needs
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- High level of initiative and motivation with the ability to seek out solutions to problems
