Join our Service Delivery team as an Asset and Supplier Analyst to oversee and be responsible for the maintenance and configuration of all corporate user devices, including any hardware built or refreshed, enabling business operations to meet security, statutory and regulatory requirements and ensuring services are delivered to our business units by the team or any partnered supplier.
Our successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, good IT knowledge, and the ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines. You’ll possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to work independently, and enjoy a team environment.
Salary: ÂŁ25,877 to ÂŁ26,750 p.a. (dependent on experience)
Location: Hockley
Hours: 37 hours a week – Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake tasks required to meet Service and Operational levels and Device Performance targets.
- Engage with onboarding and current operational suppliers to support business activities.
- Support the provisioning of IT equipment from any partnering supplier.
- Manage lifecycle of hardware and software models from introduction to disposal.
- Maintain and ensure security tags and asset tags are correctly applied.
- Update the ITSM tool to ensure device data accuracy for supplied, returned or audit-determined items.
- Carry out and schedule reports from the ITSM tool when needed for audits and quality checking.
- Respond to end-user requests for peripherals and DSE equipment.
- Process returned items of equipment.
- Support the packaging of equipment for distribution.
- Coordinate Field Engineers’ schedules.
- Contribute to supplier meetings where necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- Education to GCSE level or equivalent by experience.
- Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
- A team player with the ability to pull together to achieve the greater goal.
- Inquisitive and able to challenge.
