We are seeking a motivated and passionate Community Youth Coach to join us in Worcestershire. The role supports young people aged 16–24 in building sustainable careers and overcoming barriers to employment.
Preferred salary: £26,500 to £29,545 per annum.

Location: Parkside, Bromsgrove.
Contract: Fixed Term, 2 Years.
Hours: 37 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Closing Date: 05 May 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with local community organisations and key stakeholders, including Local Authorities and Job Centre Plus.
- Partner with core delivery partners and specialists to support program aims and share opportunities.
- Meet and strive to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in networking and building strong working relationships with internal, external, and partner stakeholders.
- Experience working with people with multiple and complex needs, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds and with health conditions or disabilities.
- Understanding of barriers to employment and ability to support disadvantaged individuals.
- Ability to facilitate positive behaviour change.
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Full IT literacy using Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Skype for Business and other modern digital technologies.
- Experience delivering services that meet contractual and quality standards.
- Strong understanding of the employability and skills sector.
- Proven experience delivering effective Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to individuals.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across Worcestershire.
- Experience engaging and successfully working with economically inactive individuals.
