Pluss is recruiting a Dedicated Progression Advisor to support participants across a wide geographic area from Bristol & Bath and other listed locations.

You will provide one-to-one wellbeing and progression coaching, build confidence and independence, and coordinate access to specialist services.

The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) with a competitive salary and benefits, including generous annual leave, pension, and development opportunities.
