Seetec is seeking an Employment Specialist to support participants with health support needs and learning disabilities on their journey into sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, provide tailored advice, guidance, and practical support to help individuals overcome barriers and build confidence.
You will collaborate with referral partners, employers, and external agencies, develop action plans, signpost services, and coordinate interventions to progress into work.
