Make a meaningful impact every day. We are looking for committed Accommodation Support Officers to join our team and provide vital support to participants with their housing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of adult males residing in custody or in the community.
- Carry out initial assessments to understand circumstances and develop tailored accommodation plans.
- Record progress and outcomes accurately using the case management system.
- Maintain contact with participants and identify emerging risks or concerns.
- Collaborate with probation practitioners and external stakeholders to support housing challenges.
Skills and Experience
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
