Your Team: The Regional Marketing Manager at Seesaw will actively engage with our marketing and sales teams in the US and UK, fostering collaboration on strategic initiatives and playing a key role in developing comprehensive marketing plans.
Your Role: Reporting to the EVP, Marketing, you will be the driving force behind strategic marketing initiatives, country-specific campaigns, and impactful content creation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to English-medium private schools in the UK, Australia, and priority international markets.
- Own pipeline generation and lead nurturing through regional campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and local PR.
- Act as the primary writer for region sales initiatives – email campaigns, region conference follow-up, webinars, and SDR scripts.
- Collaborate with Sales to align marketing efforts with business goals, supporting both acquisition and retention.
- Research and analyze region-specific trends, competitor activity, and education policies to inform localized messaging and positioning.
- Leverage tools like GovSpend, Tableau, and internal data sources to uncover market dynamics, legislative opportunities, and key terminology for effective targeting.
- Localize global marketing materials for cultural relevance and resonance across target countries.
- Manage within the regional marketing calendar and budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and track campaign performance - making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Utilize InDesign, Canva or Google versions of U.S. flyers to be country-specific.
- Develop and implement region-specific landing pages to support your campaigns.
- Design and layout email campaigns in Pardot and act as one of the team writers.
- Help create region-specific Digital Ads leveraging keywords trending in region.
- Support country-specific event outreach to promote and drive attendance and leads.
Your Requirements:
- A passion and enthusiasm for the education industry and what EdTech companies can offer districts, administrators, teachers, students, and parents through innovative solutions.
- Experience in K12 education and EdTech industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, or business.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in edtech or SaaS.
- 1-2 years’ experience with InDesign.
- Technical skills and experience developing landing pages and updating copy in WordPress.
- Experience creating slide decks using Google Slides and/or PowerPoint.
- Experience using WordPress for blogging or editing webpages.
- Familiarity and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with sales teams to collaborate and develop effective sales tools.
- A problem-solver mindset and ability to think creatively towards a solution.
- A positive, friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
